Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of body position nursing in treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods 40 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome admitted into our hospital from Decem-ber 2012 to December 2014 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table,20 cases in each group.The observation group was given poractant alfa injection with supine position,the control group was given poractant alfa injection with supine,left lateral and right lateral decubitus position.The blood oxygen saturation changes after treatment for 5 minutes in the two groups was observed.The time of oxygen saturation up to 90% in two groups was recorded.The blood oxygen saturation after 5 minutes of the first suction phlegm,the changes of lung image after 3 days of medication,hospitalization time in two groups was compared. Results The blood oxygen satu-ration after treatment for 5 minutes in the observation group compared with that in the control group,there was no sig-nificant difference (P>0.05).The time of oxygen saturation up to 90% in the observation was lower than that in the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation after 5 minutes of the first suction phlegm in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was statistical significance the difference(P<0.05).The proportion of well turn of lung image in the observation group compared with that in the control group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The hospitalization time in observation group was lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The disposable injection of poractant alfa injec-tion under the supine position may improve the clinical effect of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,the nursing ef-fect is significant.关键词
