Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on mood disorder and quality of life of peri-menopausal women. Methods 178 perimenopausal women with mood disorder into our hospital from February 2011 to June 2014 were selected and evenly divided into control group and observation group in random.The control group was given conventional nursing and health knowledge education guidance.The observation group was given quality compre-hensive nursing intervention.The anxiety,depression and quality of life in two groups was evaluated and compared. Re-sults Before nursing intervention,the score of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the World Health Organization quality of life measurement scale (WHOQOL-100) between the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).After 24 weeks of intervention,the score of physical function, mental function,independence,social function and environmental function in observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Quality comprehensive nursing intervention can relieve or remove the mood disorder of perimenopausal women,help them live through menopause successfully and improve their quality of life.关键词
