现代针灸教材便秘的“同功穴”分析

Abstract
Objective By collating attending constipation in the textbooks of modern acupuncture acupoints ,Sum up the“analogous point”and its regularity ofconstipation ,Provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and acupunc-ture prescription .Methods Based on the network retrieval and manual retrieval two ways ,the retrieval of 27 attending con-stipation in the textbooks of modern acupuncture acupoints ,analysis of constipation“analogous point”and its regularity ,and carries on the frequency ,the spectrum analysis ,which is ,rule ,at the same time with theacupoints indications .The National Standard GB/T30233-2013 was compared .Results Through the statistics ,the 27 attending constipation in the textbooks of modern acupuncture“analogous point” there are 77 ,Points of Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang ,Points of Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin ,Points of Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin mainly ,part is given priority to with lower limbs ,chest and ab-domen ,waist ,back ,the frequency in the 20 to 26 times of acupoints ,as the primary spectrum ,23 points;Frequency in 4 to 19 times acupoints ,as the secondary spectrum ,25 points;A frequency under three acupoints ,as tertiary spectrum ,29 points . The National Standard of attending constipation of acupoints with 28 points ,including 20 in the level of spectrum ,the sec-ondary spectrum of eight .Conclusion Exactly the same as that of the analogous of constipation with The National Standard GB/T30233-2013 .关键词
