基于补土思想的中医湿疹内治思路探讨

摘要
Abstract
Chronic eczema is a kind of common dermatopathy in the clinic .It is stubborn and difficult to cure .As the main pathogenesis is that spleen deficiency leads to damp stagnancy ,invigorating the soil theory is supposed to be the fundamental perspective in treating chronic eczema .During the treating process ,the bitter-cold herbs are forbidden to use ,which will im-pair the spleen-yang ,resulting in even more deficiency of the soil .Its quality is divided into specific ridging raw gold ,ridg-ing of wood ,blessed are filling method and method of the two .Eczema clinical manifestations of the hot and dry ,though can be like ,but avoid by all means of abusing their medicine ,otherwise middle-earth decline ,hysteresis ,blood clot wet change other disease ,is in essence .关键词
