从五脏论治卵巢早衰
Treatment of premature ovarian failure from viscera
摘要
Abstract
According to the theory of TCM ,POF is mainly caused by abnormal function of viscera ,disorder of qi and blood , then develop into unbalance of yin and yang ,malnutrition of the thoroughfare and conception vessels ,lack of menstruation . Although the root of this disease is kidney ,it has close relation with liver ,heart ,spleen and lung .Rest on the kidney ,mainly because of kidney deficiency and damage of essence cause amenorrhea ,the treatment is reinforcing kidney to replenish essence .Rest on the liver ,mainly because of stagnation of liver-qi cause hypomenorrhea ,the treatment is soothing liver ,regu-lating qi ,dispelling stagnation .Rest on the heart ,mainly because of heart-yang failure cause the difficulty to generating men-struation ,the treatment is warming heart-yang .Rest on the spleen ,mainly because of lack of qi and blood ,the treatment is tonifying spleen-qi and nourishing blood .Rest on the lung ,mainly because of disorder of qi movement cause menstrual disor-der ,the treatment is activating blood ,regulating menstruation ,dredge vessel .关键词
