调神益智针治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍
The curative effect of“Tiaoshen Yizhi” acupuncture in treating mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe on the clinical efficacy of the“Tiaoshen Yizhi”acupuncture therapy on patients with mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction .Methods 120 patients with VCI after cerebral infarction were randomly di-vided into two groups .The control group was given oral administration of nimodipine ,while the treatment group”Tiaoshen Yizhi”acupuncture therapy .Then compare the Montreal cognitive and the daily ability of the two groups .Results After 12 weeks ,the memory score of acupuncture group was 31 .9 ± 2 .9 and that of western medicine group was 30 .9 ± 2 .5 .FAQ score of acupuncture group was 17 ± 0 .83 and that of the western medicine group was 18 ± 0 .72 ,with the former significant-ly lower than the later( P<0 .01) .Conclusion “Tiaoshen Yizhi”acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the neuro-logical function and quality of life of the VCI patients .关键词
