穴位注射加针刺及康复训练治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫
Acupoint injection and acupuncture with rehabilitationtraining in treating children with spastic cerebral palsy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection and acupuncture in combined with rehabilitation training in treating children with spastic cerebral palsy .Methods Children with spastic cerebral palsy who were admitted in the Department of Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy ,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhangjiakou City from May ,2012 to May ,2014 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group .The patients in the control group were given traditional rehabilitation training ,while the patients in the observation group were given acupoint in-jection and acupuncture on the basis of rehabilitation training .The clinical efficacy after 6 months between the two groups was compared .Results The range of motion (ROM ) ,spasm degree ,and walking ability after treatment in the observation group were significantly improved when compared with those in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .The total effective rate in the observation group (92 .86% ) was significantly higher than that in the control group (53 .57% ) ,differences in 2 growps was statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion Acupoint injection and acupuncture in combined with rehabilitation train-ing in treating children with spastic cerebral palsy can effectively relieve spasm ,and improve ROM ,spasm degree ,and walk-ing ability .关键词
