连续型立式紊流混捏机设计与优化

摘要
Abstract
To improve the mixing efficiency and quality ,the optimal design of its discharge and base had been proposed on the existing 1m3 /h intermittent turbulent vertical agitator .The fill rate of material in the kneading zone had been kept by introducing the weighing feedback .The 2m3 /h continuous turbulent vertical agitator had been designed .The inlet arrange-ment position of the flow field inside the particle trajectories had been analyzed through CFD simulation to achieve optimal mixing effect .The result shows that the inlet position on the bottom end surface is appropriate under the same conditions .关键词
