摘要

Abstract

With the development of technology ,much more information is used to describe coal products .Facing the high dimensional coal data ,it is important to select meaningful information and get them used into future applications of coal analysis .In this paper ,focusing on the high dimensional coal data ,information theory based feature selection algorithm is proposed ,which computes the relativity of the coal features and selects much more meaningful features from the data .Be-sides ,the algorithm is applied into real world data mining analysis of coal ,and the results show the algorithm can select the meaningful features ,and the model built using the selected features can promote the prediction accuracy .
