Perioperative care of patients with cerebellopontine angle meningioma undergoing microsurgery

Abstract
Objective:To probe into perioperative nursing methods of patients with cerebellopontine angle menin-gioma undergoing microsurgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out for a total of 82 patients with cerebellopontine angle meningioma,then to observe the occurrence of the complications during the perioperative period and the effective nursing strategies.Results:70 cases of patients in 82 hospitalized patients received total resection (85.37%),and the clinical symptoms were obviously improved in most of patients after operation,5 cases died.After careful nursing treatment,no adverse consequences occurred caused by the nursing errors.Con-clusion:Positive and effective nursing inventions can obviously improve the prognosis and enhance their quality of life.关键词
