摘要
Abstract
Electrostatic powder coating is a traditional technology. Although it began early, but the motor rotor insulation field of large-scale application is still in the initial stage in china. The insulation technology of the rotor of the motor is analyzed,the application of micro motor rotor core groove insulation powder coating equipment and new technology are introduced,the powder electrostatic coating of the rotor of the motor and the other household electrical appliances is realized. It can reduce insulation layer thickness,improve the full rate of 10%,and provide the premise condition for the application of mass production of the device.关键词
