血管超声医学研究生培养中面临的问题及对策
Problems in Training of Postgraduate of Vascular Ultrasound and Its Counter Measures
摘要
Abstract
The difficulties and challenges are existed in the training of medical postgraduate of vascular ultrasound because of the specialty and technology dependent of vascular ultrasonic diagnosis. This paper proposed counter measures of emphasizing the basic teaching, strengthening the standardized operation training, establishing a comprehensive idea with the multimedia combined with picture archiving and communication system (PACS) teaching method after analyzing problems of inadequate professional knowledge, lack of active ability and insufficient clinical thinking and innovating ability. The aim was to cultivate the overall quality of postgraduates, making them more qualiifed for being vascular ultrasound physicians.关键词
