胰胃吻合术在胰十二指肠切除术中的应用
Clinical application of pancreaticogastrostomy after pancreaticoduodenectomy
摘要
Abstract
Pancreaticogastrostomy is a method of digestive tract reconstruction after pancreaticoduodenectomy. The pancreatic stump and gastric wall is anastomosed to recover the inside and outside secretion function of pancreatic and reduce the incidence of post-operative complications, such as pancreaticfistula. Pancreaticogastrostomy has its own advantages, but its widely clinical application remains to be further confirmed in large sample prospective clinical studies. In this paper, we review the current situation of related clinical research of pancreatic ogastrostomy, and provide a new method for pancreatic anastomosis.关键词
