华蟾素胶囊联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的探讨
Study on Cinobufacini capsules combined with zoledronic acid for treating bone metastases pain in malignant tumor

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Cinobufacini capsules combined with zoledronic acid in trea‐ting bone metastases pain in malignant tumor .Methods 60 patients with bone metastases pain of malignant tumor were selected in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group ,30 cases in each group .The control group was treated with zoledronic acid ,while on this basis the treatment group was combined with Cinobufotalin Capsules .The cure rate and the inci‐dence of side and toxic effects were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rates in the treat‐ment group and the control group were 66 .7% (20/30) and 36 .7% (11/30) ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The incidence rate of side and toxic effects in the treatment group and the control group were 43 .3%(13/30) and 46 .7% (14/30) ,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0 .05) .Conclusion The effect of Cinobufacini capsules combined with zoledronic acid in treating bone metastases pain of malignant tumor is more sig‐nificant and has certain popularization value .关键词
