微创小梁切除结合生物羊膜移植术治疗青光眼的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive trabeculectomy combined with bio‐logical amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of glaucoma .Methods 100 patients(120 eyes) with glau‐coma treated in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group .The observation group was performed the minimally inva‐sive trabeculectomy combined with biological amniotic membrane transplantation ,while the control group was imple‐mented only minimally invasive trabeculectomy .The clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups . Results After 1‐year follow‐up ,40 eyes in the control group maintained the functional follicle with the percentage of 66 .67% ,while 53 eyes maintained the functional follicle with the percentage of 88 .33% ,the difference was statisti‐cally significant (P<0 .05);the intraocular pressure after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,the aqueous outflow facility in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The occurrence rate of complications had no difference between the two groups(P>0 .05) .Conclusion In the clinical treatment of glaucoma ,implementing minimally invasive trabeculectomy combined with biological amniotic membrane transplantation can achieve a good clinical effect ,better control the intraocular pressure and is worthy of popularization and application .关键词
