摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a license plate recognition system in the license plate tilt correction - Hough transform method. In license plate recognition system, the obscure outline of the plate, the disturbance from noises and dirt, and the sticky and broken characters may more or less affect the detection accuracy. The Hough transform is not sensitive to noise detection and has high precision, so this paper adopts this method for tilt correction.关键词
