摘要
Abstract
This paper, based on the theoretical research and the actual case analysis, summarizes the research and application status of TOLD mode at home and abroad, analyzes the existing problems and its development trend, and summarizes a general planning idea for the tourism-oriented land development, in order to provide a the-oretical guidance for the future development of the tourism industry and the estate industry. We consider that the current researches on the urban space and land comprehensive development mainly focus on qualitative analysis, and therefore the industrial mode and the operation model must be deeply researched. The paper suggests that us-ing multi-subject theoretical method to take quantitative analysis would become a new idea in the future.关键词
