摘要
Abstract
The forming process plan for electricity connecting shrapnel was analyzed ,and the main structure of the stamping die was introduced .The inner and outer guides were used to guarantee the guide accuracy of the small punch , and the processes of punching , notching ,bending and cutting were integrated in one progressive die .This die structure can greatly enhance the production efficiency and solve the problem that the part with small dis‐tance holes is difficult to be produced by using single or compound die .The disassembling and maintaining of the punch and die are convenient due to the insert structures .Practice proves that this progressive die has good performance in the production .关键词
