摘要

Abstract

To monitor the leakage current of outdoor insulator strings in operation, it is needed to consider the impact of temperature, humidity and contamination degree of the strings. A large number of artificial contamination experiments of 110 kV XP-160 insulator strings in outdoor insulator test field are performed, and leakage currents of 110 kV XP-160 insulator strings in one or several days are observed successively, The relationship between the leakage current and relative humidity and temperature under different ESDD and NSDD of insulator surface is researched, and the quantitative relationship of leakage current with relative humidity and contamination is obtained. The research results show that leakage current will rise slowly with aggravating contamination degree when relative humidity is relatively low, while it will rise rapidly when relative humidity is relatively high.
