Abstract

In view of unreasonable and even often optimistic assessment of power system short-circuit current, based on analysis of basic principles of AC short-circuit current calculation, from the perspective of result modification, a set of short-circuit current calcu-lation scheme is provided. Firstly, a linear modification formula to calculate the short-circuit current, including the coefficient of cur-rent correction K and the deviation of current ΔI is given;and then the optimization principles and the objective function for determi-ning the above two parameters based on actual short-circuit faults are proposed, which can promise the calculating results with high precision under the premise of not lower than measured values. Application of this scheme to actual short-circuit current evaluation of CSG reveals that, compared with existing schemes, the proposed scheme promises the results with conservation and precision, and can be regarded as an effective supplement for short-circuit current calculating tools.
