科技产业专利诉讼的影响因素研究
The Empirical Research on Influence Factors of Patent Litigation in Technology Industries

Abstract
In this paper ,we choose three key influence factor in patent litigation:the scale of patent portfolio,the quality of the patent and the fragmentation of patent citations. Then we establish model equation between patent litigation and three categories factors. Comparative empirical analysis was adopted to analyze sample data of patent ligigation of in technology industry. Some conclutions show that probabili-ty of occurrence correlates with patent portfolio litigation ,high-low their scale and quality. However this probability of ocurrence has nothing to do with fragmentation of patent citations.关键词
