Data Management and Sharing Policy in Scientific Research Institutions
摘要
Abstract
Scientific data management and sharing policy in research institutions can effectively promote scientific data opening and sha-ring, and facilitate the standardization and systematization of data management and sharing. Based on the analysis of the characteristics, demand and process of data management in scientific research institutions, the policy framework of scientific data management and sharing is proposed. It would give some advices to research institutions on data management and sharing policy decision-making.关键词
