Abstract
According to absolute vibration calibration of laser interferometry in ISO 1 6063-1 1—1 999,the standard accelerometer with amplifier was calibrated by the modified Mach-Zehnder Sine-approximation method based vibration standard device.Under the reference condition and within the complete frequency range,the measurement uncertainty of standard accelerometer with amplifier of amplitude and phase sensi-tivity calibration was evaluated.The introduction of phase measurement of turbine shafting status monito-ring and diagnosis is very effective.The application results show the this evaluation method has great guid-ance effect on vibration quantity verification and calibration of measurement uncertainty evaluation.关键词
