摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training on quality of life in patients with schizo-phrenia. Methods 80 cases of non - acute inpatients with schizophrenia in Civil Affairs Bureau Mental Hospital of Guangzhou were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with drug treatment and general psychological support,and the observation group was combined with comprehensive reha-bilitation training on this basis. Using the World Health Organization Quality of Life - brief(WHOQOL - BREF)to assess the quality of life of the patients in the two groups(P < 0. 01). Results After twelve months,scores of comprehensive rehabilitation training in pa-tients with WHOQOL - BREF in the physiological field,social relationship field and environment field were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training can improve the quality of life in patients with schizophreni-a,so as to make the patients return to society.关键词
