摘要
Abstract
According to the contradiction between the demand of economic and social development and the less of land resources,setting Linyi city as an example,practices of economic and social transformation and upgrading by using depending on land resourcesare has been discussed,and problems and the present situations in practice have been analyzed.Relative countermeasures have been put forward to strengthen the top level design of the system,optimize the land and resources management system and mechanism.关键词
