加味柴胡疏肝散治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变35例
Treatment of 35 Cases of Diabetic Painful Neuropathy by Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder on diabetic painful neuropathy. Methods:Seventy patients with diabetic painful neuropathy were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table. The pain degree of all patients were evaluated by VAS when they were included in the study. The treatment group was treated by modified Chaihu Shugan Powder and the control group was given duloxetine hydrochloride ,60 mg/d. The treatment course was 1 week. The curative effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results:In the first,second and third month after treatment,the scores of VAS of the two groups all significantly decreased (P<0.01). After treatment,there was statistical difference between the curative effects of the two groups (P<0.01). There was significant dif-ference between the two groups (P<0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder can improve the curative effect on diabetic painful neuropathy.关键词
