中西医结合治疗晚期大肠癌68例
Sixty-eight Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer Treated by Integrated Treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine on advanced colorectal cancer. Methods:Sixty-eight patients with advanced colorectal cancer were treated with Fuzheng Yiliu Oral Liquids combined with CIK cells. The primary outcome measures were im-munity(including CD3+ cells,CD4+ cells,CD8+ cells,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell) and clinical symptoms. The secondary outcome measure was adverse reactions. Results:Compared with that before the treatment, the CD3+ cells, CD4+ cells and NK cells were diseased(P<0.05). For the symptom scores,2(2.9%) patients improved significantly,35(51.5%) patients improved and 31(45.6%) patients did not improve. No adverse re-actions were observed. Conclusion:Integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine had effect on ad-vanced colorectal cancer and it can prolong the patients ’ life.关键词
