摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effects of Xuesaitong injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis with acute pancreatitis .Methods :78 patients of diabetic ketoacidosis with acute pancre‐atitis were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group ,all patients were given conventional western medi‐cal treatment ,on the basis of the treatment group were added the Xuesaitong treatment for 15 days .Results :After treat‐ment ,the significant efficiency of the treatment group was high than that in control group (P< 0 .05) .After treatment , the total score of clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment ,while the treatment group scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0 .05) .After treatment ,the pain ,bloating re‐lief time ,blood amylase ,blood sugar and fever restore normal time ,he serum potassium and ketone value of the treat‐ment group were significantly less than the control group ,while the serum sodium value was significantly higher (P< 0 . 05) .Conclusion :Diabetic ketoacidosis with acute pancreatitis were treated by the integrative medicine treatment can ef ‐fectively improve the clinical symptoms ,improve efficacy ,it played its role may be promoted the electrolyte back to nor‐mal .关键词
