摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy and effects on serum gastrin and motilin in patients with acute gastritis integrative medicine .Methods :The control group with western medicine ,Chinese medicine decoction combined therapy group therapy in the control group basis .The treatment lasted 14d .Results :The overall response rate (93 .33% ) was significantly higher (75 .00% ) ,and has a statistically significant difference (P < 0 .05) ;the two sets of abdominal pain ,loss of appetite ,nausea and vomiting than the main symptom scores after treatment before treatment sig ‐nificantly reduced ,and has significant difference (P < 0 .05) ;the treatment of abdominal pain ,loss of appetite ,nausea and vomiting after major symptom score was significantly lower than that in control group therapy ,and has significant difference (P< 0 .05) ;the serum stomach after treatment than before treatment significantly reduced the secretion of hor ‐mone and motilin ,and has a statistically significant difference (P < 0 .05) ;after treatment ,serum gastrin and motilin treatment was significantly lower than that in control group ,and has a statistically significant difference (P< 0 .05) ;the two groups during treatment showed no significant adverse reactions occur .Conclusion :The clinical efficacy of combina‐tion therapy in patients with acute gastritis significantly inhibit motilin and gastrin secretion ,thus speeding up the move‐ment of the gastrointestinal tract ,has important research value .关键词
