纳络酮合并血塞通治疗老年性脑梗塞的临床观察
Naloxone combined Xuesaitong in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical values of Naloxone combined Xuesaitong for treating senile cerebral infarction .Methods :130 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction based on the principle of a random draw into the treatment group and the control group of 65 cases ,two groups were given basic treatment ,the control group re‐ceived naloxone treatment in basic treatment ,the treatment group on the basis of treatment given on the basis of the com‐bined naloxone Xuesaitong treatment ,all 14 days of treatment .Results :After treatment efficiency (98 .5% ) was signifi‐cantly higher than that in treatment group (87 .7% ) ,compared to the differences were statistically significant (P < 0 . 05) .After treatment of the neurological deficit scores significantly decreased activities of daily living score was significant ‐ly increased ,with significant differences between pre‐treatment comparison (P< 0 .05) ;while neurological deficit scores and daily living comparison with the control group ,the treatment group differences There was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Plasma brain natriuretic peptide values in both groups after treatment were significantly shown a downward trend (P< 0 .05) ,while the value of brain natriuretic peptide treatment group was significantly lower than that in the con‐trol group (P < 0 .05) .During treatment groups showed no bleeding ,adverse reactions ,fever ,rash ,liver and kidney dysfunction .Conclusion :Naloxone combined Xuesaitong senile cerebral infarction can effectively lowered plasma brain natriuretic peptide release and help restore neurological function after infarction and motor function ,safety ,and to im‐prove overall treatment efficacy .关键词
