Abstract
Objective :By comparison with two kinds of treatment methods and research suitable for treatment of knee osteoarthritis with bone marrow edema .Methods :The 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients with bone marrow edema in accordance with the principle of random divided into 2 groups ,the treatment group of 60 cases ;the control group 40 cases .The treatment group patients with take Zhenwu decoction every day and glucosamine hydrochloride tab ‐lets ;control group patients take glucosamine hydrochloride tablets every day .4 weeks after treatment ,bi disease curative effect evaluation standard reference knee and bone marrow edema judgment standard curative effect comparison .Results :The effective rate of treatment group was 96 .7% ,effective rate was 75% in the control group .The treatment group and control group Significant differences (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :The curative effect of the loss of bone marrow edema and bone arthritis into positive correlation ,therefore ,Zhenwu decoction joint application of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets is a perfect method of knee osteoarthritis with bone marrow edema ,worth clinical using .关键词
