摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the Kunfukang capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (sequelae of pelvicinflammatory disease ) effect and its mechanism .Methods :By “mixed bacterial suspension”made in rats model of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease ,and were randomly divided into blank group ,model group , Kunfukang high dose group ,Kunfukang low dose group ,Fuyankang group .The VEGF was detected by immunohisto‐chemical staining ;NO content was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry .Results :VEGF in model group ,the content of NO were significantly higher than those in other groups (P < 0 .05) ;Kunfukang high dose group ,VEGF con‐tent and Fuyankang group compared with significant difference (P < 0 .05) ;Kunfukang high ,low dose group and NO content in Fuyankang group were significantly different (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :Kunfukang Capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can reduce the content of rat uterine tissue VEGF and NO ,can reduce the adhesion of pelvic tissue ,eliminate chronic pelvic inflammatory symptoms and thus play a role in the treatment .关键词
