Abstract
Rural and residential land use consolidation can improve land use efifciency and the rural ecological environment. The approach is important for promoting an orderly, systematic, rational, and efifcient transition from rural to urban land use. The analysis of the potential for land use consolidation is an important step in consolidation planning and management. This paper summarizes potential methods of analysis of rural and residential land consolidation (the Land Consolidation Project) and applies the method in a case study in the Minhang District, Shanghai. The study also proposes implementation policies and measures.关键词
