摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of staged simulated examination and Mini CEX in nursing practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 81 nursing undergraduates in the de-partment of obstetrics and gynecology of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected as the research obj ects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in control group used the traditional teaching method.On the basis of the traditional teaching method,the patients in ex-perimental group received the combination of staged simulated examination and Mini CEX.After the practice teaching,both groups of nursing students received the theory and clinical comprehensive skills assessment.The satisfaction survey was carried out by using the self made questionnaire.Results:In experimental group the theory examination score,clinical comprehensive skills assessment score and satisfaction of nurses,patients and teachers were higher than those in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching mode of the combination of staged simulated examination and Mini CEX has the dual function of teaching and examining.It can effectively stimulate the students’learning initiative and can improve the profes-sional ability and comprehensive quality of nursing students.关键词
