Abstract
Objective:To probe into the correlation between self monitoring and subjective well being of ICU nurses.Methods:A total of 1 5 8 ICU nurses were surveyed by using the Chinese version of self monitoring scale,China's urban residents subj ective well being scale short form and single proj ect subj ective well being scale.Results:the average score of self monitoring was 0.48±0.15,the average score of subjective well being was 3.82±0.42;There was correlation between self monitoring generally and subjective well being(P<0.05). Conclusion:The self monitoring and subj ective well being were at medium level in ICU nurses.The higher the degree of self monitoring is,the stronger the subj ective well being is.Nursing managers can improve the self monitoring level of ICU nurses by taking the appropriate measures,in order to improve their subj ective well being.关键词
