试析日本海上危机管理机制及其涉华因素
An Analysis on Japan’s Maritime Crisis Management Mechanism and Its Chinese Factors
摘要
Abstract
Under the background that the Sino-Japan relations are still in deadlock , calls for establishing a bilateral maritime crisis management mechanism are growing even louder .However , the current problem between China and Japan is not the absence of a mechanism but the cognitive differences on security con -cept .Whether in the aspects of power or intention , Japan is enhancing its deterrence toward China .Under the influence of the traditional theory of sea power , the crisis management mechanism of the Abe Cabinet will be subject to the target of sea power .If the Sino-Japan crisis management mechanism could be based on the principles of sustainable security , it may put the bilateral relations back on track .关键词
