Abstract
The Philosophical basis and standpoint of Marx and Engles ’viewpoints of maritime affairs is the theory of world’s history, whose theme is the relationship between ocean and national fortune .Through the summarization of historical movements in oceans of several great powers , Marx and Engels made a deep a-nalysis of the relationship from economic and military perspective , and expressed the profound impact of oceans on economic development and military security .Marx and Engles’viewpoints of maritime affairs are a great enlightenment for the construction of China ’s viewpoint of maritime affairs .关键词
