山橿提取物对实验性胃溃疡大鼠的治疗作用
Therapeutic effect of extracts from Lindera Reflexa Hemsl on experimental stomach ulcer in rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of extracts from Lindera reflexa Hemsl on the rat ulcer area by the pylorus ligation stomach ulcer model,acetic acid caused stomach ulcer model and ethanol caused stomach ulcer model. Methods Fifty clean grade SD rats provided by the experimental animal center of Xiangya Medical College of Central South University were se lected and randomly divided into 5 groups according to the random number table method:model group(isovolemic distilled water ) , omeprazole group(0.018 g/kg) and Lindera reflexa Hemsl extract group(low,middle and high dose groups,1.500,3.500,7.000 g/kg), 10 rats in each group. After the corresponding treatment ,the influences of different Lindera reflexa Hemsl extract on the stomach ulcer rat model were compared among the different doses. Results Compared with model group,the middle and high Lindera re-flexa Hemsl extract dose groups could significantly reduce the stomach ulcer area ,their inhibition rate on stomach ulcer were 35.20%and 52.94% respectively,moreover which showed a good does dependent manner,the differences were statistically sig nificant(P<0.05). Conclusion The Lindera reflexa Hemsl extract has a treatment effect on stomach ulcer in rats. So the research on its curative effect should be more deeply conducted.关键词
