响应面法优化葛根素提取工艺的研究

Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technological parameters of Radix Puerariae in order to improve the ex-traction ratio of puerarin. Methods Based on the single factor preliminary screening ,with the puerarin content detected by HPLC as the response value,the three-factor and three-level Box-Behnken test design was carried on. The experimental data were ana-lyzed by using the Design-Expert software. Results The interaction action existed between the ethanol concentration and extrac-tion time,between the extraction time and solid-liquid ratio and between the ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio. The opti-mal extraction conditions of puerarin were the ethanol concentration of 78%,the extraction time of 143 min and the solid to liquid ratio of 1∶10. Conclusion The optimized technological extraction conditions are simple with good reproducibility and suitable for the extraction of puerarin.关键词
