Abstract
Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of infectious diseases in schools in Kaixian County from 2005 to 2014,in order to provide scientific basis for guiding the epidemic prevention and control in schools. Methods The epi-demic data in schools in Kaixian County from 2005 to 2014 were collected and the epidemiological analysis was adopted to ana-lyze the outbreak of infectious diseases in schools in Kaixian County. Results A total of 124 cases of infectious diseases in schools were reported in Kaixian County from 2005 to 2014, mainly concentrating on April, May and September, the accumulated number of patients were 2 882,spreading among 165 774 person,with the attack rate of 1.74%;and the attack rate in rural schools was higher than that in urban schools with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The attack rates of respiratory infectious disease, intestinal infectious diseases and contagious disease were 1.84%(2 320/125 981),1.94%(71/3 662) and 1.36%(491/36 131) respectively. On the aspect of transmission ,the major disease of outbreak in schools was respiratory infectious diseases ,and the epidemic parotitis was the most common. Conclusion Epidemic prevention of respiratory infectious diseases in rural schools is the focus of controlling the outbreak in schools.关键词
