摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of application of combination of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and the nerve ifber diffusion-tensor tracking (DTT) technique in diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.MethodsAltogether 116 cases of cerebral infarction patients who had been treated in the hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects and had been confirmed by clinical symptoms and DSA (Digital Subtraction Angiography) examinations as ATCI (Atherosclerotic Thrombotic Cerebral Infarction). All the patients were scanned ifrstly by conventional MRI and then accepted DTI examinations to measure the fractional anisotropy (FA) of the central focal area as well as the lateral FA of infarction nidus. The DTT technique was also adopted to reveal the features of nerve ifbers in the focal areas.Results Among 116 cases of cerebral infarction patients, conventional MRI only detected 93 cases (80.17%); the combination of DTI and DTT detected 112 cases (96.55%). There were signiifcant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The FA value varied in patients with different stages of cerebral infarction, and the injury of corticospinal tracts was significantly related to patients' limb movement functions.Conclusion Combination of DTI and DTT proved its effectiveness in accurate location and stage of cerebral infarction, which could improve the clinical diagnosis of patients with different stages of cerebral infarction. It could reveal the position and involvement relationship between the lesion area and the surrounding brain white matter nerve ifber bundle, and provide guidance to the development of clinical treatment plans, which deserved wider clinical application and popularization.
