Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on vascular endothelial function and renal func-tion in patients with early diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods From April 2012 to June 2013, 100 cases of DN patients were divided into control group and observation group , 50 cases in each group , according to random number table , 2 groups of patients were given insulin hypoglycemic , statin and Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate and other conventional treatment , observa-tion group on the basis of routine treatment , also added Tongxinluo capsule.Two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The chan-ges of vascular endothelial function and renal function were observed before and after treatment .Results Before treatment , 2 group patients ’ vascular endothelial function and renal function ’ s differences did not show statistical significance ( P >0.05).After treatment, two groups of patients ’ vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF), nitric oxide ( NO) were in-creased (control group:t =1.878,1.934,observation group:t =1.971,1.952, P <0.05), endothelin 1 (ET-1), serum creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine clearance rate (CCR) and cystatin C (Cys C), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) were decreased (control group:t =1.846,1.792,1.813,1.885,1.861,1.916,observation group:t =1.891,1.808,1.900,2.034,2.012,1.978, P <0.05).Compared with the control group, observation group’s vascular en-dothelial growth factor (VEGF), nitric oxide (NO) were significantly increased ( t =2.265,3.348, P <0.05), and ET-1, SCr, BUN, CCR, Cys C, TNF alpha were significantly reduced ( t =2.461,2.267,2.166,2.413,2.201,2.332, P <0 .05).Conclusion It demonstrated that the Tongxinluo capsule could obviously improve the DN patients ’ renal function, vascular endothelial function , reduce inflammatory factor levels .关键词
