Abstract
Assessment of mining right is an important branch of assets appraisal, it’s the legal basis for mining rights transfer. Mining rights assessment can maintain and protect the state ownership of mineral resources and the interests of national investment, it also plays an important role in preventing the loss of state assets. In 2014, the occupational qualiifcations of mining rights appraiser has been adjusted from access category to evaluation category. Under the new economical normal, the team of mining rights appraiser and the market of mining rights assessment should make some reform and development, we must thoroughly understand the national policies, to make it market-oriented and strengthen theoretical study and intensive training, in order to establish the credit system of mining rights assessment, broaden the markets and improve service levels.关键词
