Protection and Restoration of Aquatic Ecosystems
摘要
Abstract
Aquatic ecosystem means a dynamic balancing system between aquatic organisms and water environment that formed on the basis of their mutual promotion, interaction, and inter-competition. At present, the major problems that China faces are: more potential water hazards, poor water quality, and serious damaged water ecosystem. Faced with these problems, this paper points out that a standard system for protection and restoration of aquatic ecosystems must be put in place. For this system, we must remain committed to the basic principle of systematization, in line with local conditions, and overall content. And its basic framework should be included indicator for water ecosystem health status and economic and social development indicators. At the same time, we should appropriately handle the relationship between human and water, the relationship between the government and market, the relationship among the different stakeholders, as well as the relationship between production and living and ecological space.关键词
