Abstract
Improving the system of economical and intensive use of natural resources is an important way that must be taken if we are to develop sound systems to underpin ecological progress. Economical utilization system, intensive utilization system, and comprehensive supervision system have been the constituents of China’s economical and intensive use of natural resources system. However, there are some problems that we face in the reform of the system of economical and intensive use of natural resources such as limited planning control, slack standard speciifcation, lack of market allocation, evaluation mechanism imperfect, and supervisory system incomplete. Therefore, we should enhance our efforts to the control and guide of planning, improving both utilization standards and the motivation and restraint system, optimizing the evaluation mechanism, and strengthening the construction of supervision system. By doing so, the system of economical and intensive use of our natural resources can be improved.关键词
