实物地质资料社会化服务评估指标体系构建
Constructing the Assessment index system of geological material data for Socialized Service
摘要
Abstract
Using AHP and expert scoring method, we aim to construct the assessment index system of geological material data for socialized service. The system includes three first-level indicators, which are conditions of service, service level and service quality respectively. Twelve second-level indicators, which are management systems, ifnancial guarantee, the quantity and quality of information, stafifng and structure, physical geological repository construction and professional and technical equipment, etc. Also there’re forty-two third-level indicators. According to the index system, we can make objective assessment of socialized service of the physical geological data collection agency, discovery deifciencies in their service, and to adjust and improve the evaluation system conifguration and its index.关键词
