生物钟与衰老退行性变关系的研究
The survey of relation with aging degenerative changes and biont in circadian clock pattern
摘要
Abstract
In the natural environment,circadian clock in organism receives the periodic signal of light and darkness outside, ad-just the phase itself, and synchronize ambient.Circadian clock controls circadian rhythms,which has the characteristics of endoge-nous and self sustaining running.We review that the decisive element of circadian clock, the mechanism of circadian clock and circa-dian rhythm are futher analyzed by the change of physiological and biochemical levels in wild-type strain and mutant of Euglena gra-cilis,as well as the relation with aging degenerative changes and biont in circadian clock pattern.关键词
