帕金森病相关基因研究进展
Research progress of genes related to Parkinson’s disease
摘要
Abstract
Parkinson’s disease is the most common movement disorder disease.It has the second highest incidence of the nervous system degenerative disease in the elderly.The etiology of the disease and the exact pathogenesis remains unclear.Studies have shown that and environmental factors interact to cause PD.what does Genetic factors play in the process of PD pathogenesis mechanisms?What are the differences between them?How did the product of these genetic changes cause the disease?Recent studies has focused on these problems.Significant progress has been made in the study of the genetic factors.And further study aims at elucidating the e-tiology and its pathogenesis to put forward a new treatment.This paper reviewed the research progress of Parkinson’s disease.关键词
