摘要
Abstract
Objectives To explore Prostaglandin E1 treatment of Elderly patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary hypertension,view of the efficacy and safety,Observe the SPAP,DPAP,MPAP and Right heart sys-tolic function cardiac function before and after the treatment change.Methods Elderly patients with acute exacerbation chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease patients with of 128 patients were randomly divided into Prostaglandin E1 group of 64 patients and the control group of 64 patients,Prostaglandin E1 group were given Prostaglandin E1 10ug in subcutaneous injection,14 days for a course of treatment,Both groups were using conventional anti infective,phlegm,cough,and other symptomatic therapy.Results Prostaglan-din E1 for the group were 71.4%,54.2%for the control group,Prostaglandin E1 group,the total efficiency of 92.1%,82.8% for the control group,Observation group SPAP,DPAP,MPAP was significantly lower than the control group,the observation group RVEF increased significantly.The difference between the two groups was significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Prostaglandin E1 treat-ment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is efficacious.关键词
