摘要
Abstract
Homocysteine ( Hcy) is sulfur amino acids,which increases the formation of a variety of causes Hyperhomocysteine-mia.At present,many studies have confirmed the development HHcy closely related to pulmonary embolism,which is an independent risk factor.To review the metabolism of homocysteine,and the significance of early diagnosis of pulmonary embolism in elderly and other aspects of risk assessment,which in order to find an early,high sensitivity and specificity,simple and low-cost diagnostic meth-ods elderly patients with severe pulmonary thromboembolism.This play an important role to enrich the clinical treatment strategies.关键词
